Jerk Pulled Pork

Caribbean spices inspired this bright Keto-Friendly dish. We rub a Jerk spice blend on our succulent, pasture raised pork before slow roasting and pulling it. A mango chutney of refreshing mangoes, lime juice, jalapeno, herbs and spices balances the heat. A side of slaw adds an acidic crunch to round out this meal.

Pork, Cauliflower, Green Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Mango, Avocado Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Red Peppers, Red Onion, Olive Oil, Erythritol, Sea Salt, Scallions, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cumin, Allspice, Smoked Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Red Chili Pepper Flakes, Cilantro, Garlic, Lime Juice, Nutmeg, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Thyme, Chipotle Chili Powder

Heating Instructions

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)

Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!

Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°

Oven Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
