Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri

Now made with pork tenderloin! Sliced tenderloin medallions are grilled and smothered in tangy, classic Chimichurri sauce. Made with jalapeno pepper, cilantro, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, and avocado oil it brightens this dish. This keto entree is served with our rich and cheesy creamed spinach and a side of green beans.

Heating Instructions

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)

Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!

Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°

Oven Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1 -2 minutes before enjoying.
