Cheesy Keto Rolls

Keto dinner rolls have arrived! This pull-apart roll is made with two cheeses, but is still light and fluffy. Enjoy as a snack or pair it with a hearty meal. At only 1 Net Carb per serving, it's the perfect bread roll substitute.

Heating Instructions

Microwave Instructions (from frozen)- 1100 watts

Remove outer wrapping and discard. Place tray on microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying

Microwave Instructions (from refrigerated)- 1100 watts

Remove outer wrapping and discard. Place tray on microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 30 sec – 1 minute. Let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

Oven Instructions (from frozen)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove outer wrapping and discard. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 15-18 minutes. If top starts to brown too much, cover with aluminum foil for the remainder of the cook time. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

Oven Instructions (from refrigerated)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove outer wrapping and discard. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 12-15 minutes.  If top starts to brown too much, cover with aluminum foil for the remainder of the cook time. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

For Best Results:

• Thaw under refrigeration overnight.  
• Do not store in refrigerator for more than 7 days.
