A traditional Indian dish, lamb saag has bold spices and a depth of flavors. We achieve this by marinating a leg of lamb in yogurt and authentic Indian Masala spices. We slow roast it then combine it with a spicy spinach and tomato cream sauce. While typically served over rice, we created a "riced" cauliflower with traditional spices to make a delicious low-carb swap.

Heating Instructions
Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)
Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!
Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
